• Listing information: details you submit about a business for sale, including confidential fields visible only to you and Enhouz staff.
• Inquiry information: name, email, phone, and message when you contact a seller or Enhouz.
• Newsletter and alerts: your email address and any saved search criteria, if you subscribe.
• Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider.

2. How we use information

We use your information to operate the marketplace: to display your listings, deliver buyer inquiries to sellers, send account and transactional emails, send newsletter or alert emails you've opted into, and to review listings for accuracy and compliance with our Terms of Use.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share confidential listing details with anyone other than the seller, verified inquiring buyers, and Enhouz staff as necessary to operate the Site.

4. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our hosting provider and, if enabled, our payment processor for featured listings), each bound to use it only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Enhouz, our users, or the public.

5. Data retention

We retain account and listing information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion at any time — see "Your rights" below.
