These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://enhouz.com (the "Site"), operated by Enhouz, LLC ("Enhouz," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What Enhouz is — and isn't

Enhouz is a listing platform that connects business sellers with prospective buyers. Listings are submitted by sellers or their representatives. Enhouz does not verify the accuracy of financial figures, descriptions, or other information in any listing. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell securities, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing content. By submitting a listing, you represent that you have the right to sell or represent the business described, and that the information provided is true and not misleading to the best of your knowledge. Enhouz reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing for any reason, including suspected inaccuracy or violation of these Terms.

4. Confidential listings and buyer conduct

Many listings are marked confidential. By submitting a buyer inquiry, you agree to use any information disclosed to you — including business names, exact locations, and financial details — solely to evaluate a potential purchase, and not to disclose it to third parties or use it for any competitive or other improper purpose.

5. No brokerage relationship

Enhouz is a listing platform, not a broker, agent, or party to any transaction between users. Use of the Site does not create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Enhouz, LLC, and Enhouz does not represent buyers or sellers in any transaction. Some users listed in our broker directory are independent, licensed brokers; any brokerage relationship you enter into with one of them is separate from, and not with, Enhouz, and is governed solely by whatever agreement you have directly with that broker.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: post false or misleading listings; scrape or harvest data from the Site; use the Site to harass another user; circumvent confidentiality obligations; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ENHOUZ DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY LISTING OR USER CONTENT. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ENTERING ANY TRANSACTION.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENHOUZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY TRANSACTION FACILITATED THROUGH IT.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
